
Jaynie Smith was recently interviewed by Guy Lambert of Fox 5 Live Zone TV out of Washington DC.
The interview was focused on the recent surge in inflation and how companies can do a better job of justifying price increases.
“You’ve got to prove value. You’ve got to have the metrics that stand up to and support the things the customer values,” said Jaynie Smith.
Jaynie also said it’s not enough to just capture data, but in order to use it, it has to be accurate, “About 85% of the time the data companies send us is wrought with errors.”
According to Smith, this also impacts AI initiatives within a company. Garbage in, garbage out is a major issue when trying to implement AI.
